Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Items returned after the return period.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
